An Ancestry tree (Palethorpe/Weedon Family Tree) says that Elizabeth Weston was Thomas' second wife, his first wife was Hannah Latham.

This could be Charles (who married Mary Ann Cooper on 8 Sep 1849 at Leamington Priors Warwickshire at the age of 23) in 1841,
