can you not start another tree with a different name and upload the gedcom file
I am sure Grangers will answer that one but going to stick my neb in.
For some reason the site id is altered and an x put into it...goodness knows why.
Grangers pays each year for the deluxe version and is due some customer courtesy of at least a reply
as to why as the owner she can't log into her account with her email address, especially when it even shows
that she owns the account.
I think it is disgraceful customer service from TP not even responding.
So to be honest why should she start and pay for another one when she already has one that for some reason she can't access.
Neb removed.

I must add my support for grangers14 who has given great support and advice to me over many years as have others in group
If TP does not come up with response it might be worth looking at another respository/web site for Black Country Connections as expertise on this site will be wasted if nowhere to display records. I would be be prepared to pay something towards subscription if no free site can be found .
Just a few more ideas.
1) Perhaps archives at Dudley might be able to help with problem or It assistance as Black Country Connections records would be of value to them.
2) Freereg seems to be a very good organisation and might consider helping

I tried that Pete, but the file is too big without paying for another tree.

If you search Black Country Connections on The web, it now says,
No information can be found.
Learn why
https://support.google.com/webmasters/a ... 9871?hl=en
No idea?
My head is frazzled with it all.
Thank you everyone trying to help and for your support

On the site with X on?
It says enter your name and birth year as it appears on the tree.
That tree has no names!

I was just looking at the price list
https://www.tribalpages.com/index.html#tppricing
For freesite it says no limit on names so why won't the gedcom load?
