William Jehu Alexander Ford (known as Uncle Billy) born 9 Feb 1915.
Spent some time at Barnsley Hall Hospital, Bromsgrove.
I’ve tried to look at the records but can’t access them.
I’d like to see what time he spent there. My grandmother Minnie Laura Sassie Ford used to visit him there so my Aunt told me.

Can anyone find the info?

Barnsley Hall Hospital was a psychiatric hospital.

A lot of the patients were suffering from shell shock from the 2 wars.

"Records relating to patients and administration are divided between the Worcester and Herefordshire Record Offices"
