So is it the correct Joseph on BCC?
I think this is important...if we know that Ann/Nancy is safe as the dau of Humphrey and she married George Easthope
then I would have thought the david here with a Mary
and the Joseph with a fanny are sibs of Nancy which means David and Joseph need amending
and that means that Joseph marries Fanny
however....the names for Josephs kids that marries diana and then susanna all seem to fit ...
do we have 2 humphreys and prudence....
not sure what to add and what not to.

I am concerned that what you found on the 1841 with George easthope living near a
Joseph and Fanny
and David and Mary
might be our david and Joseph
which means we have Joseph all wrong....but the names of Josephs kids that we presently have and his wives dinah and susannah
have kids that match names of Humphrey and Michael

The information I have sourced via Ancestry doesn't mention that Mary who married Thomas Manger was a widow.

There is no mention of Fanny on any of the Ancestry hints apart from the 1841 census but David and Joseph by age look like brothers and sons of Humphrey and Prudence. I don't have any information about a Fanny on my tree.

I think if George Easthope is a constant the rigid leg of the compass
then the encircling other leg makes these names imho important.....or not
my gut instinct is this is crucial....wine time..

I have Mary Raybould's parents as Joseph Raybould (1774-1861) and Diana Yardley (1780-1842).
There is a death index entry for the death of Diana in December 1842, possibly dying in the October.
Ancestry have found a Diana Raybould age 75 in the 1841 census but I don't know whether it is the correct one.
As Diana isn't on the Census with Joseph had they separated?

Presumably this means the link to Joseph Raybould and Diana Yardley is incorrect, instead the connection is via
Mary Brettell married to James son of Humphrey and Prudence.
