Ah! right the lemon prob has reacted with the metal
I use zest in mix and juice in the topping but use 2 lemons
the recipe says one and 1/2 lemons but I like it really lemony

Out of interest, why did you use 2 Lemons when the recipe said one and a half? Could this be why it's soggy?

Cos I wanted it more lemony just had a slice of the others cooked
