Albert Parks 1891 ?

Hi everyone, i'm back again
I have been doing a lot of searching for my Grandfather Albert and i have come across a Park family living in Poplar E, London in 1911.
49 Brabazon St.
Eliza Park, 65, 1846, born Stepney, London
Eliza Esther Park(dau) 27, 1884, born Poplar
Albert Henry Park (son) 21, 1890, born Poplar
John Edward George Bissell (boarder) 24, 1887, born Stepney.

If you remember the witness to my Grandparents marriage was Thomas Bizzell.

John Bissell married Eliza Esther Park in Dec 1911, Poplar.

I haven't found a connection between Thomas and John yet but hoping someone may be able to help.

I know this still may not be my Albert but I'm wondering if this is the family connection between the Parks and the Bissell's.

This is still very much a brickwall, i am still actively looking for Albert Parks but have been unable to find any more info on him. If possible i would like this post to stay in the brickwall section and if anyone has any more ideas that might help me solve this it will be very much appreciated.
