Having trouble getting my head around this lot... going around in circles

I keep coming back to this 41 entry, it does look like they are living in the same household, could George be Joseph Attwood's before they married?.. I still don't have any clues as to who this Sarah is..

Living a couple of doors away:
Sarah Baskerfield 25
George Baskerfield (looks like 1)
also a Joseph Attwood 25 but not sure if living with above?

Have we established this can't be the same Henry, he's alive in 71, looks like Sarah nee Shilvock's father William is living with them

ok I have another possible scenario... I wonder if Sarah Basterfield and Thomas Barkerfeld who both have a father Joseph a bricklayer are sibs, and Hannah nee Woodhouse is the witness on Sarah's marriage to Joseph Attwood.
