Am I right in saying if there is seven years between marriages that they are legal.

Do they have to be presumed dead?

I think if there as not been any contact for seven years they can presume they have died.

Wondering about getting that certif now
it is the same guy and for some reason left and got married again

I can add a note in notes and save some dosh
but going to add as much as I can on these 2 threads

Save your money, it looks like all through the census's there was only one Silvanus Lawley.
