Overcast here! No what you mean about the meadow though!!! Not to mention all the leaves covering it. Looks like someone's going to be mowing that meadow today!

Re: Autumn
After a few really nice (if a little cold) days, it's really miserable today - cats and dogs, stair rods to name a couple come to mind!
Today was a free day (working at the weekend) and I've only gone outside to check the post box the weather's been that bad. Luckily there's plenty of genealogy research to be done!
And they say we may get a flake or too of snow (and it's not even winter yet), could do with some of that hot air from down under

Re: Autumn
We're having the same weather on both sides of the world
However, the weather forecast does say "increasing sunshine" - fingers crossed.

Re: Autumn
Today's been very strange - sunshine and torrential rain at the same time - didn't mind being at work at all!

Been lovely here, very cold first thing then out came the sun and warmed it up, went walking on canal side and hubby as busy gawping at something and fell over a cobble.

Re: Autumn
Ice on the car this morning (it had snowed - turned to slush and then frozen to a thick layer of ice
), so we were late starting out, then when I got to work it started pouring down as I got out the car. My husband's got the car this evening, so I'm on the train - looks like rain again. But worst of all, I left my keys at home - and my husband's out when I get home so he better remember to leave my keys "under the flowerpot" - otherwise an hour of waiting in the cold rain
