Ok I have looked all these up for Jimmy and will add them to BCC in a min
it all checked out
Timothy Hollies was a widower on teh 1869 marriage to Phoebe Holies
and it looks as though he married his brothers wife
could you do that?
A Joseph Hollies marries Phebe Bourne/Burns in 1846 (got that marr)
and Josephs father is a Joseph Hollies dead miner
as is Timothy Hollies father
I could do with finding Joseph and Timothy on a census together with father JOseph
just to check

This is the only Timothy I can find Jan, and yes they did marry their brothers Widow's but it wasn't legal.
