I have added David Lowe and Elizabeth Hadley as parents of Decimus Lowe b 1806 and David Lowe b 1789

they could be bros
cant see a bapt for William though
but there is a huge gap on IGI between child for David and Eliz last 2 kids

Samuel could well be the son b 1812 for the David Lowe jnr ( who is b bat 1789/84)
cant see a marriage for that David and Elizabeth
poss abt 1810ish
