No, I searched most of last night. Can you try getting on forest of dean, just Google Forest of dean genealogy

Not sure what I put Joseph down as if at all on Bcc.

also that Abiah we know we have it correct b 1839 as you found the birth

so is that just incorrect on 1841 age 9

NL that is Joshua Bannister not Joseph who married Hannah Parker and her father on marriage record is William Parker but that might have been because he was step father

Have started adding Joshua and Hannah details and they live in Rowley in 1861 then Little Dean in 1871 and back in West Bromwich in 1891
Places born skip all over the place possibly because jumped back and forth

All show GRO mother as Parker except one which shows Simmonds
Most are registered in different places than place of birth in Census records

I think she took both names her original and her stepfathers.
