think this is the marriage so how do we get a thomas in census and james on cert ?

so what do we recon she married james he got a long prison term and she ended up living with thomas Any theroies ?

this is proberly correct as she wouldn't able to marry even if his brother died in prision as agianst the law (this info was posted on another thread)

they are not brothers they have different fathers I will update BCC and open a new thread on the Thomas Cartwright one
Samuels father is a William Cartwright miner
Thomas's father is a Thomas also a miner
