Prefer to watch the cricket myself. England were BRILLIANT the other day against Sri Lanka, with Plunkett hitting a 6 on the last ball to make it a tie.
I banish Ken into another room to watch the football on "council telly" as one of our friends calls it.
Back to the subject - GREAT news.

Glad to see that you're happy Barb. What about if Scotland have another referendum on independence and the Scottish people vote for it and they.independent Scotland , decide to apply to join the EU? What you going to feel like then Barb? A bad mistake the UK have made coming out of the EU but the people have spoke !!.

if Scotland want another Independence vote then it should wait till the process of leaving has finished as it was a UK vote not a regional vote,

That's what worries me

Think it was a sad day, EU needed to be worked on...But we are out so lets hold onto our hats because I see can see a rough ride. Will take a few years...
On a good note it was our youngest 21st Birthday yesterday

Against all the odds we are still here!

There's another politician that can't be trusted.

Yes, I wonder how many more other EU countries decide to follow suit.
On a good note, England beat Sri Lanka in the ODI.

I would say that at least 323,000 people are!
I solved my problem by supporting each team in their own half of the pitch - so I was delighted when Iceland won, but I would have been really happy if England had got their act together and played well.
Anyhow, better losing to Iceland than to France on Sunday.
