I know they are married but how does Matilda link to the other Hacketts in B'ham st

According to Kim Gambles research Mary Stokes was 2nd wife to Charles Rudge, still no parents for Mary though?

Hi NL, I think John Stokes and Charles are one of the same. Must have been the name Charles was known by. Mary doesn't seem to have lived with him after about 1871 I suppose she only knew him as John or she had forgotten Later from Linell.

I got

matilda- dau of James and Sarah - son of James and Catherinre
so to be first cousins once removed James needs to be sib of a Joseph and Hannah
