Hello All, here's some more,Ref. Birth Certificates.in my possession, John Bate July 1851 (could be 30th) writing very faint,Father,Abraham, Mother,Mary Ann Bate
formerly Seney, again very faint, father's occupation, moulder, address Watery Lane Tipton.
Isaac Bate 6th Dec.1847.Tipton, mother's maiden name given this time as Shelley.
Phebe Bate as spelt could be 15th /16th Feb.1846 writing not clear Mother SENEY all at the same address. registration district Dudley,sub district of Tipton, county of
Stafford.
I have some more Hadley's as well.

Ref.the last post, the last letter on the maiden name of the mother is Y not L, here are two more.

William Seeley, father, William Henry Hughes, Mother,Mary Ann Hughes formerly Bate, Father's occupation Stock---- at a forge, Address,High St. Tipton.
Registered Dudley, birth in the district of Tipton, county of Stafford Year could be 1803 or 63 third digit not very clear.
2. Abraham, Father, Abraham Bate,Mother Mary Bate, formerly Seeley, Father's occupation, moulder, x the mark of Mary Bate Mother,Watery Lane Tipton.
Registered Dudley, District, Tipton, County of Stafford Year, 1844.

I missed their dates out, (1) 17th Oct.(2) 14th Apr.
Hadley's(1) Alice Maud, Father,Herbert Hadley, Mother,Phebe Hadley, formally Bate,Father's occupation Moulder,Address, Randles Lane Tipton.
Birth, 23rd Nov.1866,Registered Dudley, District, Tipton, County of Stafford.
(2) James, Parents as above,plus occupation and address. Birth 9th Apr.1870
(3)Amelia Florence same again, address,number looks like 87 Park Lane West, Tipton,as a matter of interest, she had a illegitimate daughter Edith Olive McDonald Hadley
born29th Sept. 1899, High St. Saltney, Registration district,Hawarden pronounced Harden, Sub district Hawarden, Counties of Chester and Flint, her mother's occupation,
Housemaid /Waitress.

Albert Herbert Hadley son of Herbert, Marriage certificate.Marriage, 26th Dec. 1901 age 28 occupation Moulder, 66 Phillip St.Father deceased, Moulder.
Louise Heritage spinster, 28, No.1 Carters Court. Father, Charles John Heritage, Occupation,Porter,Witnesses James Thomas Evans, (Brother in Law),Fanny Heritage,
sister of Louise.
Marriage solemnized at the parish church in the parish of St.Johns Chester, in the county of Chester,St.John's church is situated next to the Roman amphitheatre,the porter's job mentioned was in a hotel,not on the railway.Phillip St.is actually situated in Hoole near to the Railway station,you can actually see the house on Google Earth.
Herbert Hadley was buried in Overliegh Cemetery just outside Chester on 2nd of March 1899.

If its a birth cert it must be 1863 as they didnt have certs in 1803.

ref. my last post at 2-21pm. Pheobe Hadley, Nee Bate widow of Herbert Hadley go to Warwickshire, civil parish, Charlecote,Enumeration district 09 page 68,her name is
spelt without the letter O, 1911 Census.
Also 1911 Census,
(1) Mary Elizabeth Hadley Dau of Herbert,Husband,Joseph Woodhouse,Cheshire, Chester, Sub district,Chester Castle, E D 14, page 572.
(2)Clara Emma Louise Dau, ............ Husband,James Thomas Evans,....... Hoole, E D 12, page 188, third name down misspelt,should be Phoebe.
(3)Amelia Florence Dau ............ Husband, Joseph Alfred Hooper, Nottinghamshire, Parish Nottingham, sub district Bulwell,E D 3. page 254.
(4)Joseph Alfred Hooper, SURPRISE SURPRISE????? ................... ..................... . .....................E D 39-42 page 180.

Mary Elizabeth Vaughan,age 21 spinster,Address, 39 Devon St. Father, George Vaughan (Deceased). Painter.

Mary Ann Hughes formerly Mary Ann Bate sister of Phoebe 1851 Census, William Henry Hughes would be her Brother in Law, but where the name Seeley comes in I have no idea.
