Yes she is Margaret when she dies and Margaret (my wife) on the indenture. Could they have been married at a Non Conformist Church?

I have searched FreeBMD and West midlands Registers on line and drawn a blank. According to the Indenture, made in 1919, Francis senior made his will in 1910. The Indenture appears to release Dan Partridge and James Sawyer from any blame whilst settling the will. The inheritors are daughters Mary Ann Partridge, Lizzie Cook and son Francis Allen, also his wife Margaret. Margaret was also dead by the time the Indenture was made so her part was divided between the Children. Francis was a child in 1910 and dan and James were trustees. The assets were not distributed till 1919, so it looks like they had to wait until Francis was 21. He was born 1898 at Halesowen HAL/069/319.
