Don't dare add up the km's my husband runs every week, he's out now for a "gentle" trot of about 12km with the local running club. Next week he'll do his third half marathon of the season (although that only equates to his weekly long run), and in September he's running his third marathon(2nd this year). Some, including me call him crazy!

Pete - 12Km with an engine is pretty easy too, have a look at his post, he says SCOOTER, now unless it's one of those kiddie ones where you have to put one foot on the board and 'scoot' along with your other foot...................

I said Scooter not Motor Scooter!! I put one foot on board and scoot with the other foot!! Whats wrong with that? :?

Nowt wrong with that, but I'd like to see photographic evidence please.

What's crazy about that - we live in Denmark, only place that's flatter is the Netherlands!! (The highest hill is seriously called "Sky Mountain"!!!).

I used to love mountain bike riding in the Tyrol. Trouble is the bikes there don't have brakes, you stop by keeping your feet on the pedals. Nearly come a cropper a few times

Depends what country you're in I suppose - the ones I ride in Arizona understand English and always stop when you pull on the reins and shout STOP

Must be those docile American ponies, the English stallion I used to exercise in my teens didn't understand any commands, either spoken or physical; when he'd had enough exercise he'd just throw me onto the ground and gallop home.

He is pretty fit (and a toy boy, being 6 years younger than me!). He's one of those annoying people who's always active - apart from the first half hour when he's relatively comatose, and when we (I mean I) watch the evening news. He sails a catamaran as well, which gives good arm muscles

A Toy Boy? :?
How much younger than your partner must you be to be considered a Toy Boy? And what's the female equivalant?
