It's not that bad at the moment, not quite sure if it's just may brain and body playing tricks on me!! I know what you mean about us lot, we either go overboard and think we have a brain tumour every time we have a headache, or completely the other way and ignore it!

Since Caesar means hairy, the idea of a Caesar salad has never appealed to me :oops:

Before they had Christian names they used a cognomen (place of birth, profession, abode or physical description) to differentiate people.

The first promonent member of the Caesar family was born with a full head of hair.

caesaries is Latium for hair.

So in answer to your question, it is non romanised Latin that Caesar come from, not aboriginal.
