I am starting to think he was not their son or maybe just not James'.

14 years is a LONG time to wait to get somebody Baptised.

Can't find a suitable birth entry in the index, even as Unamed Male.

Most likely the parent marriage.

That 1891 transcription is wrong.

They are living at 14 Cumberland Market, not 13.

House seems to have another family and some boarders in it as well.
