It says Sarah born Hednesford, Staffordshire, is that close enough for the Black Country.

4 Castillian Mansions appears to be a Hotel:
Approx. 45 Drapery Assistants(Male & Female)
all are down as single...probably a rule of the hotel?

Well London was the right place to be if she was persuing her acting career, I suppose
