I think the one which looks like a willetts is the one on the right, with her hair scraped to the side, she looks just like my cousin who is still living an breathing. I haven't told him yet!

I think Jimmy is right and that Bike is 1915/1920

and the dresses if you google fashion for around that time looks similar
the collar on the 3rd lady from the left

The Picture could be Haden Hill Park. Who is the little boy peering through the ladies skirts?? I would date it about 1930, by the their hair and clothes. Linell.
