Looks to me like it is Silas or misheard as that.

Nl, You have cracked it as I have found Silas Parsons on my records as born 1854 and son of Cyrus and Mary Ann Potter.
Silas and Phoebe have a daughter Ann Laura born 1879 plus other siblings as follows:-
Eunice Mary b.1877,Minnie Mary b. 1878,Jesse b.1882,Folrence Phoebe b.1884 ,Mabel b.1889,Ethel Maude b.1890, Kitty Dora Pathiah b.1894 , John Edward Patrick b.1898 .All born RR except Jess Halesowen and Florence Walsall

Ok I started to add this lot but would be happier Mumbles if you would take over...please...so it goes in connected to the Tromans line info you have and your main parsons line..

Nl. I have inserted all Cyrus/Silas Parsons details and conections to Rose and Tromans and others.
I will look at the Alexander Parsons tomorrow.
This is brilliant as it is expanding my Parsons Tree and making connections all over the place

Ok so I am going to look those 2 marriages up too! might as well I am at the archives all day!

Ok this is now on Connections and I will look up the 2 marriages next time I go to the relevant archive.

Rite well have done this look up and everything is out of the window!

We need to confirm whether a Cyrus and mary ann Potter actually had a Silas born 1854 cos if they did it aint the one that married Phoebe Patrick....
