I can't see him on any other census - you might find his baptism in Christ Church, Oldbury at Smethwick Archives. How do you know he is Joseph Henry ? do you have any extra information on him.

I have most of the information on the Harvey's, it's just taking time to add it all to BCC - I don't have any other information on Joseph, born about 1880. There is a birth registered in Oldbury - 1880 : HARVEY Joseph H Oldbury Sandwell Register Office OLD/62/137. He couldn't have been James' brother Samuel's son because he had died and his wife remarried to David Bishop in 1872. Again, he could have been the illegitimate son of one of James' sisters living with him in 1881, either Ann or Matilda.

If you can find a marriage for either one of these sisters and find them on the 1891 - you might find Joseph with them under another name. I don't have information on either of them after 1881.

I don't have the time, but it might be worth your while trawling through the Christ Church baptisms and finding all the Harveys. Some of Christ Church has now been added to the new site on IGI but not all. You often get extra information on baptisms.
