if all these are the same mary ann mucklow how does she relate to abraham law and sarah mucklow as it looks like a different line ?

unless that 1851 is 30 and not 39, as 40 in 1861 this could be his mother (mary), not maria ? as jame could be named after brother and mary after his mother ?
