My mum was born around 1925 and said that her Grannie wore long skirts and her "knickers" were open between the legs, if you see what I mean. Which meant that when out for a walk it was easy to spend a penny
So five generations from crotch-less bloomers to g-strings

My mom was born in Dudley Port and she says that the one side of the road were all Labour and the other side were all Conservative (still trying to work that one out). They used to have a procession when the elections were on and it was Esther's job to bang the big drum. Esther was an old lady that lived in one of the houses on the Labour side. Mom says that every time she bent over to bang the drum, the wind would get up her skirt and blow it over her head and she never wore any nickers. Mom said all the men who were walking behind her used to cheer when it happened.

You are so bad at maths
Five generations = gtgranny + nan + mum + me + my daughter
No way I would tell you lot what I wear!
