The family is on 1891 census too I didnt add because I wasnt sure Taru had it. That has his mother with them and that said she was from Pimlico, just thinking of the top of my head mind

I didnt say because it was the brother that was being looked into.
Can you tell is what you have Taru see if we can muddle through some more?
Jo :)

So far there is nothing to connect this couple to Vajno Peussa other than the Russia/Finland birth place. I don't see any point on chasing them at the moment - even if it is fun

The question is:

is the Vajno Peussa who died in Prescot Taru's rellie or not?

Thanks for finding the father of Constantine - I actually did manage to locate both him ( 'Konstantin' ) and his father Abraham from a finnish database. Yet it does not help my original quest..

You've been doing such a great work - if I could still ask if you could find anything at all of this Peussa Oswald H F Peck Camberwell 1d 1383 (or surname written like Penssa) ??? :?:

I did try myself once again, but with no success..

(But it seems that nothing connects Vajno with the 'Londoner' Peussa's - not at least very easily. And I tried to send message via GenesReunited, but I have to pay and become a member before sending messages  So, I try to figure out something else. )

If you can stand the expense then you should get the certificate for the death in Lancashire. I'm not sure that it will tell you much other than his occupation perhaps. It will have the name of whoever reported the death and that might help, but it could have been a neighbour or other unconnected person.

Off on another tack, I see that you have entries on Genesreunited. The only other entry on there for that surname (first name Gary) - have you tried contacting the person who added that? Or, it looks as though that Gary could be on Facebook so if you belong to that you could send a message explaining that you are interested in the surname and wonder if he knows his origins.
