I don't think you would find much if you travelled all the way to Cradley David, the Churchyard is very over grown in places and most of the legible Headstones are recent ones. I will go through the Coley Burials tomorrow and see if there any likely Parents for your William. What did his Death Certificate say, who was the 'informant?'

9.5.1828 Sarah Colley buried aged 71
20.11.1831 Samuel Colley buried aged 54
26.3.1833 John Colley buried aged 76
6.8.1832 Timothy Colley buried aged 46
7.7.1839 Thomas Colley buried aged 63
25.8.1839 William Colley buried aged 76

There are about another 2 dozen Coley/Colleys in the Register, but they are not old enough to be Parents or Grandparents of William. HTH from Linell.
