I'm not sure I've given anything up! I've had some wine but only a glass, some cheese but have swapped for the low fat variety, crisps-had to be got rid of and chocolates-just been having less often, and plenty of fruit and veg.
I might step up a gear soon but pleased so far

Just catching up a bit! Love that track Rob and sadly no she hasn't quite faded away yet although back on track with the diet lark.
