There are about 4 Marriages on Free BMD, 1847/48 and early 1850's for Thomas Perrins at Dudley and Kidderminster, which would be the right area, the brides could be Mary, i.e. Mary Jane

Bentleys's Directory for Stourbridge 1841, only has Philip Perrins Chain Maker Old Swinford, he must be Philip born 1808 son of Wm and Mary. I wonder if Philip was Thomas's father, must check the Census. Linell.
