There are about 4 Marriages on Free BMD, 1847/48 and early 1850's for Thomas Perrins at Dudley and Kidderminster, which would be the right area, the brides could be Mary, i.e. Mary Jane :?:

Bentleys's Directory for Stourbridge 1841, only has Philip Perrins Chain Maker Old Swinford, he must be Philip born 1808 son of Wm and Mary. I wonder if Philip was Thomas's father, must check the Census. Linell.
