Hi Kate and Rob, yes am ok thanks, had a Knee Replacement Operation, am now back home with one swollen painful Knee, but am getting better. I shall be stuck indoors for a few weeks while I recover, but I should be fit and well again by December, just in time for Chrimbo. Am determined to do something different this year, have to think about that! Cheers everyone from Lin.
