if we can find the marriage hopefully one of the withnesses will be a brother or sister to george ?

wonder why it says Before.. Ruth bap was 9 Sept 1689.. what's the significance of the date 23 Feb 1689?

Maybe Ruth was born in Feb 1679 but not baptised until September.
