and for some reason he is with his bros wife

on marriage Williams father is a Grocer

2. Wm L born 1845

but what is throwing me is this Thomas who is a Grocer victualler

On marriage of William (prob L...getting marr checked) father is Thomas a Grocer
that fits with Thomas here

he calls his dau Hannah Ann......something similar to witness

Don't forget NL, he may have only been a Grocer around the time of the marriage.
