Can i say a great big THANK YOU for all the hard work people are doing regarding the Tromans I am trying to get as much information as I can on both sides of the family for my Grand-daughter so she will know as much about her ancestors as possible.
My paternal Grandfather came from Ireland so have only gone back three generations on that side but the others I have done quite well with.
I am now doing her fathers side and boy have I got stuck. One of her ancestors change his name which lead to a lot of confusion and now I have the Tromans.
But I have received such a lot of information which I can enter.

Hve managed to find on Family search a William and a Mary Russell both born to William and Ann Maria Trueman so think I can take it that this is William's Father and Mother thanks for help another step back, now to try even further.

I have looked through familysearch and can only find Mary and William Christenings. I thought William might have married someone with the name Russell with the name added to Mary but have looked through Free BDM and people search and have not found anything.
I wonder if they are down as tromans in the census?

If those bapts are all sibs to our William born 1853 bapt 1857
then the tipton one fits

and is this a marriage
