now the area is good Hasbury
age is good b abt 1854
name of father is Joseph ....nailer ....not sure what occup is on census for our Joseph

the only thing is our Joseph jnr is a trainee blacksmith.....

On the 1881 census Joseph DINGLEY b. 1854 is a Blacksmith General.

Note: I am expecting some feed back from the wife of Sidney Cole's Grandson. So far she has written that "..Minne and Sidney were my husband's grandparents. Wilfred was Minnie's 1st husband . Minnie was Sidney's 3rd wife.

Ok I have split some of this off and will open new topic for Sidney Cole too
(I have added him in as a husband to Minnie and added notes...also got 2 marriages to verify which I will do)

I think we have determined that Minnies parents are Joseph and Elizabeth

Yes! - after I add this!!
I have just been in touch with with an inlaw about this and!!
She had another look at through some infomation fom her Father-in Law and found a copy of Wilfred and Minnie's marriage certivicate!!
"..and it show quite clearly that her father was JOSEPH and not James. It also show a Maud Dingley (maybe a sister) as one of the witnesses"

"I can't find a number but it does say page 10 # 19 District of Stourbridge in the counties of Worcester and Stafford. The date of marriage is June 1 1904"

Excellent so we are correct!
I will update BCC when we can get on it
