I know what you mean, I know someone who thinks going on a diet is about cutting out the snacks in between meals, but then eats double the amount later on. The person in question accused me of being anorexic because I refused to stuff my face to vomiting point on holiday (I'm not fat but not skinny either)! Yes I know holidays are meant for enjoying yourself but there are limits!

I'm really pleased with myself :grin: I have lost 1 st 3 lbs of flab, it's been like torture cutting out buns, cakes, sweets, chocolate etc but nice getting back into a size 14 . :grin:

I came to this thread hoping for dieting tips.

Instead, it's just made me more hungry than I am. My diet started on Monday, 3 days in and I could kill for some toast.

So could I Brickwalls , but keep going it pays off in the end I feel much happier now I am all that weight less , 7 lbs to go and I have hit my target and if I can do it anyone can , I'm so weak willed. :lol: :lol:

If I try to diet I want to eat more...so I dont!
