this is harriet i was told that her marriage to Henry or Harry Gisborne was on the rocks he was allway comeing and going so one day his daughter would not let him in to the house and he was then belived to travel to canada /quebc / i found Henry Gisborne in Bristol trade directory entries 1893 -from 1921
1893 /1900/1901/1904/1905/1913/1921 /
and nothing after that vanished

now death cert of keziah (that's how its spelt on death cert ) 03/08/1893

( 5 ) Kate Gladys Gisborne 23/04/1895 ( My Gran mother ) death 1986)

(6 ) Hilda May Gisborne 29/05/1897

name on birth cert is Winifred Grace Gisborne 25/06/1902 in the 1911 census her

name changes to Grace is only about 9 years of age so i guess it her parents changed her

name by word of mouth

I have grace and William decon Marriage Cert Married may 12th 1924
I have a copy of Doris and Cyril Robson Marriage cert 24th December 1932
i have Harrie ts s Marriage Cert to Henry Gisborne 12th September 1887
and i have Harriet's Death Cert 18/01.1949 buried in Canford cem but know Head Stone only a Slab of a stone with name and Date
and that all .
George Henry Gisborne born 11/05/1890 Married a maria Miller 1Th /07/1912 George died 1958 henry is belived to have gone to canada with granson john robson around the 1940's

have you the 1871 census with harriet in it how do you know that george hender and kezia willetts are here parents ?

Angela has Harriet's marriage certificate which shows that her father is a George Hender Blacksmith:

Marriage Certificate - Sept 12th 1889 Registration District: Axbridge

Went looking for either Harriet or Jane Hender in 1871 and did find this:

No Harriet! Where is she? Maybe with a sister or brother of Kezia? And not using Hender as her surname, like her sister, Jane?

right that tie jane in to kezia and witness to harriett

harriett father george blacksmith on wedding cert

in 1901 living next door to george hender poss brother as born old hill same as george on bcc

so i think enough eviedence to include harriet what do the rest think ?
