Not sure on that marriage to Annie Dunn might be the other one.
He isnt with his family in 1901 but those names for kids arent too similar and he goes from a Labourer in 1891 to a heating engineer!
Also he is living in the Netherton ward. So I think it might be the St Andrews one...
