Oh sorry Annie, you know you love all the attention from the News Channels really  No I don't mean it, poor you, mind you I bet all that lovely Countryside you have in Yorks looks wonderful covered in snow, sorry trying to cheer you up here :P

It has been dull, overcast and wet here, right miserable, with that mizzle rain, very cold still. What's happened to Global Warming, come back, all is forgiven :!:

Thank you for cheering me up Linell, we have also had a thick mist all day but looking on the bright side I think the snow is starting to thaw.

Hi Annie and Alice, so the weather is not good wherever you hang your hat at the moment then. I saw the snow in the US on TV, one Car was actually frozen into the ground :!: Haven't booked the holiday yet, dare not push our luck at the moment, it is very cold here this morning. On the bright side I am predicting a good spring, anyone got any Crocus through yet :?: Linell.

I saw my first snowdrop in my garden yesterday -- I always welcome them with a smile as it means that spring is on its way.

Hi Annie, hate to tell you this, just seen the weather map with snow showers all down the Eastern side of England, for Tuesday and Wednesday, have to be grateful for small mercies, as I didn't hear them mention the blizzards that Pete put in his post :o Lin.

Have you seen the forecast for the rest of the week :?: Looks like it is going to be really cold, that old weather map was all blue :o Think you will get some more snow the next couple of days Annie, but apparently the worst of the weather is going to be friday and saturday in Kent and Sussex. None of us live down there as far as I am aware! Did you get your Boots out again Annie :?: Linell.
