The only Henry I can see that fits birth wise, and in the right area with a Father Richard is,
1851. Brettell Lane, Kingswinford.

Eliza Andrews 33. born Ludlow.
Henry Andrews 12. born: Worcester.
Mary Andrews 11. born: Worcester.

This is a long shot. Richard could have changed to making wheels.
