Hi Paul, the Bloomer name certainly fits with Cradley. I have some Cradley Bloomers in my tree, not a Sarah born about 1800 - 1810 though, but it is more than likely she was from Cradley. Bare in mind that she could also be a Sarah Ann. Will have a dig around later today for Cradley Bloomers, from Linell.
