Yes, this was my Charles. From memory the last time he was before the courts was about 1881 - he had just been released on parole, and stole a silver watch from a judge - duh !!!!!! He was released in 1884 due to ill health and I think he managed to stay out of trouble with the law - not saying that he didn't have schemes or whatever going, perhaps just didn't get caught !!!!!!
