The place I saw was at the end of MacArthur Road, Cradley Heath, Maths Girl, a cul-de-sac full of small factories and situated off Bridge Street, a few yards from where the road bridge crosses the Stour and divides Cradley from Cradley Heath.

I see it says 'it has an ouside area with potential for developement' mmmm...I hope this doesn't mean what I think it means :?

At one time, William Evans ( my 1st cousin, 3 times removed) ran the Sir Robert Peel in Rowley
