I totally agree with you RF, this is a step in the right direction and quite a few more to go but I'm delighted with this decision :thumbup:

my gut instinct says they will try the bankrupt ploy his misses has pulled out of the firm who owns it? wonder who name assets are in?

I just wonder what they do about building regulations in such a case. Obviously the pub stood for years with all its lovely flaws, but if you are reconstructing it don't you still have to follow current safety standards?

Hi, it hadn`t got any flaws it was made safe before public were allowed in as will the new version - it`s the Staffordshire council that want it rebuilt so regulations will be priority Best RF
