I totally agree with you RF, this is a step in the right direction and quite a few more to go but I'm delighted with this decision

my gut instinct says they will try the bankrupt ploy his misses has pulled out of the firm who owns it? wonder who name assets are in?

I just wonder what they do about building regulations in such a case. Obviously the pub stood for years with all its lovely flaws, but if you are reconstructing it don't you still have to follow current safety standards?

Hi, it hadn`t got any flaws it was made safe before public were allowed in as will the new version - it`s the Staffordshire council that want it rebuilt so regulations will be priority Best RF
