Hi Mike, yes Robert Plant, he lived at Hagley, apparently he is now in Kinver. At least he hasn't strayed far from his roots, moved about as far as we have! Best Wishes from Linell.

Well I don't remember Woodstock at all!
I bet it happened in that dismal period when I spent every summer holiday in "The highest village in Scotland" with no television for the most part. And my newspaper reading was limited to Andy Capp and the Broons comic strips at that age. I read a lot of books but the news passed me by.

Oh YES! I remember Woodstock! And I was sorty of Hippy-ish. Wore caftans, and hot pants and fringed suede long boots, and lots of long beads. Sat around in dim folk music cafes. Never smoked hash (not game), but noticed a rather strange smell to the smoke around the Uni Caf.

sigh ... those were the days ... There's a title for a song.

Hi Lin..........I suppose Brian Ferry and Roxy Music were a bit advanced at the time in 70's compared with what was around at the time it's the same with Van Morrison !.......but he still has a great following.

Best wishes.....Mike.
