If that Thomas is living next door to this James who has son Elijah then that clinches it

The line is sound as the name Elijah is there for James b 1856 son
and Ellen the other dau is with G.parents in 1881
so that ties James b 1823 to James b 1856
but I will look up this marriage

A direct descendant of James and Letitia is on Ancestry but info does not help other than descendants.
Ellen Adams daughter of James b. 1856 and Letitia Mole was born at 104,Oldbury Road Rowley Regis and married Benjamin Westwood born 1876 at Birmingham Road Rowley Regis .
Ellen died 12/1/1949 34, Edward Road Hill and Cakemore and Benjamin died 8/2/1941 at same address.
I will try and contact him and see if he has any more info.

I havn't been able to find any thing on Letitia MOLE as yet.

I can look this marriage up and see where Benjamin links to on the westwoods unless you have details already
