Did a lookup for Arthur Parker and Emma Bloomer, Emmas father is William Bloomer Vice Maker .
Marriage info.

Emma Bloomer. abt 1838. born Cradley, is down as a Grand daughter, no parents listed.
So you will need to look at the 1841 census.
