His mother was an actress, and both his uncle and grandfather were film producers.....

A clue just for RF:
Jack Warners character was named after this persons grandfathers old school in Birmingham

Late edit: RF, I suspect you might just get it from this clue - if so just give us the name of the school and let everyone else have a guess!

It's Daniel Day Lewis whose grandfather was Micheal Balcon who attended George Dixon Grammar School in Birmingham as did my mate Leslie Jelf from the Cakemore Estate Oldbury.

As I said, my distant cousin was married to his mothers brother, so although she was his aunt I can't really claim him as a relative
